Consultations

Therapeutic techniques developed in recent years are simple, gentle and effective. They can help you quickly resolve a wide range of issues. Personal consultations take place here in Christchurch, usually during normal office hours (9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday).

Clients are often surprised at the rapidity and ease of their success. The goal of the solution focused therapies I practise is to help you get the results you want in the shortest time for you.

Initial consultations of 30 mins are free, if you would like one, so that you can get to know me and ask any questions you may have and so that I can let you know how I may best be able to help you.

Following your introduction, the first one or two sessions will be approx. one and a half hours in length at a rate of £50 per hr (£75 per session). Any subsequent sessions will be just one hour at £50 and the number required will depend on your particular issue - although many problems are resolved in just one or two sessions. As a guide, the average number of sessions is three, but may be from one or two to a maximum of six. This will all be explained during the initial consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) are charged at £50, as you will be aware I cannot fill the time without notice and someone else has missed the opportunity to have that session.

Payments

Once an approach that's right for you is agreed, you can pay at the beginning of your session(s) by cash or personal cheque. Fees vary depending on the type of therapy or coaching
